A Júlia-liget Magyarország legnagyobb tőzegmohás babérfüzes nyírlápja (Saliceto pentandrae-Betuletum pubescentis és Betulo pubescenti-Sphagnetum). Legfontosabb növényritkasága a réti angyalgyökér (Angelica palustris).
